Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We are located in Livermore California. Enter coupon code PICKUP to take shipping cost off. I will contact you to arrange a pick-up date and time.
How do I know my customized order is accurate?
Most of the work we complete is customized in one way or another. We will email or call you to finalize any custom order that comes through our website. If we do not hear back from the customer we will follow the instructions from the website.
Can you ship outside the United States?
Our website is set up for US only orders, but we can ship outside the US. Message us for a shipping quote.
What pen do you recommend for your guest books?
We recommend Decocolor Paint pens and testing them out on scrap wood before guest use them. It would be a good idea to have a piece of scrap wood out during the event for guest to try before they sign your wall hang as well.
Can I customize any piece?
Yes. Change colors, fonts, add a family name, or a special quote. Send us a message with your ideas, and we will work with you to finalize a design just for you.
How do I hang my art piece?
All our work comes ready to hang. We recommend finding a stud in the wall and screwing a screw into it. If you cannot find a stud we recommend using a wall anchor that can hold 3x the art pieces weight.
How long does it take to finish an order?
It generally takes 2-3 week to complete. This is subject to change during certain times a year. We strive to get orders out as soon as possible.
